The short version: play fair, pay for what you use, and don't copy our games.

Who these are for

TikiWikiGames is a family project that makes browser games for kids. It is made by EnergyBalance Labs LLC, a New Jersey company. Using the site means you agree to this page, and to our privacy and refund pages. Accounts are for grown-ups: a parent or guardian creates one and decides who in the household plays.

Accounts

• You need an account only for the members library. The free games need nothing.
• An account is for one household. Please keep the password to yourselves.
• We may close an account that is used to copy or share our games, or to get around payment.

Membership

• Membership is $2.99 a month and unlocks every game. Where sales tax or VAT applies, you are shown it before you pay. What you get is on the pricing page.
• Memberships are sold through Link, part of Stripe. Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record for every order: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax, and sends your receipt, and your card statement shows it as LINK.COM. Link's terms of sale apply to the purchase.
• It renews each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If a membership isn't right for your family, the refund policy says how to get your money back.

The games are ours

Every game here is © TikiWikiGames. You are welcome to play them on this site, for yourself and your family. You may not copy them, put them on another site, embed them elsewhere, change them, or sell them.

Members-only games carry a hidden mark that identifies the account they were sent to. If a copy turns up somewhere it shouldn't be, we can tell where it came from.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so here before it takes effect.
