Refund policy

The short version: ask within 14 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full.

Getting a refund

If a membership isn't right for your family, ask within 14 days of a payment and that payment is refunded in full. You don't need to give a reason.

To ask, write to Link's support or to support@tikiwiki.games. Link, part of Stripe, takes the payments for memberships and makes the refunds. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
